The species lake has gone through a few changes over the years but as of July 2025 it has gone through its biggest change yet, it has been changed from a predominantly carp lake to a species lake, with a few rounds of new stocking we have added a number of new species to an already heavily stocked lake, our aim is to give the angler a whole different experience, that feeling of not knowing what fish you will hook when your bait is taken. Added to the lake is a number of fishing shelters to give you shelter from the elements.
